Gabriela Panchana

Creative Director and Marketing Consultant

Gabriela is the cofounder of Causa & Efecto. Graduated first from communications school and then from law school in top ten. With over fifteen years of experience, her ability to employ creative communication strategies to create persuasive arguments has been applied to all kinds of commercial, local and international, non profit and even political projects.

Extensive socially/politically responsible work with clients of diverse backgrounds includes various NGOs, OXFAM, Jubilee 2000, CEPAM and the Ecuadorian Women's Movement. Among her recognitions, Gabriela received the National Creativity Award, "Condor de Oro, 1994" for best banking services advertising campaign.

Luz Marina Quiroga

Visual Communications Director

Luz Marina is als cofounder of Causa & Efecto. Results-oriented graphic designer, art and cooking lover. Her proven leadership and concentration capabilities have allowed her to carve brands from scratch, in diverse markets like food, transnational firms and worldwide events like the XX World Surfing Games (2004).

Her talent is also applied on the design of advertising campaigns for local or international territories.

Luz Marina graduated with honors first from "Monica Herrera" Communications School and then from the Design School of the Community College of Denver.

She also graduated from the School of Chefs, adding new ingredients to her tablet of colors and flavors.
